Spotlighting Star Students

At Maize Early Childhood Center, we believe in celebrating the positive choices our students make every day. Each week, teachers nominate Star Students who demonstrate kindness, safe behavior, and leadership in their classrooms. These students are recognized with certificates and featured photos on our social media page so families can join in the celebration.

Highlighting positive behavior not only encourages students to keep making great choices, but it also strengthens our classroom communities. When children see their peers being acknowledged for kindness and safe actions, it builds a culture of encouragement, respect, and support across the school.
